Really confused as to why anyone would not like this place. Unless of course you are used to eating at the cookie cutter frozen food restaurants that purchase their food already made and fry/heat it up. Happy China's food is made from scratch and you won't find a better Chinese experience. Granted it is a little hole in the wall place, but anyone will tell you that is where you find the best food. As with any buffet you are going to have times where the food has been sitting a little long but that is not very often. As far as the price, not bad at all for real homemade Chinese food, dinner is just under $15.00 including drink; for all you can eat. Have never had cold food, EVER! I think the person who claimed Jenny was rude is not being very accepting of different cultures and attitudes. That is a shame. Have been eating here for over 20 years, have never gotten sick but sure have needed to hit the gym a little more! Love this place. Please don't let the negative people in this world scare you away from this great experience.
