I called today (9/11/13) because my freezer is leaking water. The soonest they can come is 9/13/13! Not even the same WEEK! I can only cross my fingers and hope they know what they are doing then. I have my reservations. I hope the protection plan is better than the service.

I was informed that on September 12, 2013 we were inundated with non-functioning refrigerators in your area. Unfortunately, we scheduled your service call out one more day to prevent any of our others customer from losing their food.
