Been renting from Lido since 2008. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed by professionals; all I have to do is fill out a web form, and I get a response the next day. If it's something urgent, such as a broken window in wintertime, I get a call to my cell phone the same day. My particular building in Palms gets free electricity and gas, so love that. We have a dog, and we pay some extra rent for him, but we are cool with that because the dogs here generally take a little toll on the property and on the ambience (also it was hard for us to find a reasonable place to rent that was dog-friendly). Location can't be beat given my job and school proximities plus proximity to Culver City Metro train stops.
