No lie, this community is spectacular some times. But at most times, you are constantly bombarded by new constructions (drilling, loud trucks, etc). This community is ridiculously over rated because 1) the amenities close early considering the lack of activities in this area, in general; 2) the security guards (Dave) are complete douchebags who take their jobs too serious; & 3) you aren't allowed to stay outside or around the amenities (pool, ilounge, etc) because ""that's how noise complaints occur."" For $3000+ a month for rent, I expect to be able to sit outside these areas when the ""community"" have clearly provided sitting areas.\r

The utter bullshit that Dave (security guard) has created for us makes me 100% an unsatisfied resident and I guarantee you that I will not be re-renting. \r
