I'm never ordering from these jokers.
Delivery took an extra hour longer than actually estimated, food was delivered cold, no calls to update me on why my food is taking a long time to arrive, and (the last straw that broke the camel's back) the deliveryman came into my office looking rather upset. Why was he upset? Upon delivery of my food, the deliveryman left with quite the attitude and no apologies whatsoever was issued--not even an excuse. You may argue that deliveries aren't perfect, which I understand; however, I am a paying customer, and no matter the circumstance you always apologize to the customer first, make excuses second, etc.--it doesn't matter if it was the chef's fault, weather's fault, another driver's fault, etc.
Oh, and the quality of the food was sub-par.
I'd give no stars if I could.
