This place should be SHUT DOWN! Dr. Karen is the most unprofessional, rude and poor excuse of a vet I have ever met. She screwed my dog up with 1 ""EMERGENCY"" ACL surgery last yr. Then almost convinced me he had to have his other leg done while she took out the screw floating around the first leg. I tried to gt her to talk to me about the surgery before I agreed and she FLIPPED OUT ON ME ON THE PHONE..screaming..then wouldn't come out to talk to me this morning when I went to see her. This Place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!! All she is interested in is $$$$$$..no compassion for people or pets..They need to take her license away!\r
