Well things have taken a turn for the better at this location. I have been a loyal customer of Lambs for 11 years, but in the last 2 years my service at this location has changed and not for the better. Now I have met the new manager ,it turns out I was referred to him when he worked for another company dued to his great reviews ,but being a lambs customer I stuck it out here, It is nice to have a manager that truly cares about his customers more than just making a buck, he explained what was needed,what needs to be adressed within 6months and never pressure me to buy it all today.I took the time to read this mans reviews at the other shop they were dead on as to how it carries himself and treats his customers. He stated they were very busy and it would be 2-3 hours to complete my vehicle and asked if a ride was needed, I recieved a call 2.5 hours later stating my vehicle was complete. I really enjoyed sitting in his waiting room and listening as to how he spoke to other customers and his employees, very professional, but definitly in charge of what was happening at all times. Lambs should take great pride in having Colton running this location, Now I am telling my friends that were referring me to his former employer, That I understand what they were talking about and rubbing it in that he is now part of the Lambs team.\r
