On-time friendly service with a smile. The service was done as quoted and in the timeframe quoted, which when it comes to HVAC work, getting things done immediately in the middle of summer is not always possible, although I expected to wait longer.They seem to be trying to corner the customer service angle in the HVAC service market, by providing great customer service.
It was a nice change to see someone with such a great sense of humor.
