This place is horrible!! Management is terrible they have the worst power trip and treat everyone as if they were beneath them. They are constantly harassing everyone leaving notes on the doors and don't even have the courtesy of knocking when they are leaving a notice they just leave it and sneak away! We have caught them doing this several times. Connie the manager at the front definitely should NOT be in a management position because she has no customer service and no business skills! Everyone needs to know DO NOT purchase at Deerwood. We are currently in the works of making sure everyone knows and taking this house out of this horribly managed place! I repeat DO NOT move into this terrible place!!!
