This is Mr.ARJ of Warren,Ohio and I finally found out who this rogue officer who beat me down for no reason. Officer John Jacobson , badge number 125, I shall report you to every court or agency in the land. I shall contact the Mayor, I shall contact the Governor, I shall contact the President of the United States of America. As I promise You in my review a couple of weeks ago. I will have my day in court with You, and that's still a promise. To my knowledge, I'm victim number 4. How many victims do you have under your belt????????????????? After 3 years of no type of responds from anyone or any office in East Cleveland , no nothing !!!!!!!!! I get stop for two stopsign violations that I did run at all , by a officer who was just hustling that night for revunues ,quotes,etc....... You people have the nerve too notify Me only for that !!!!!!! Put a warrant block on my drivers lic ,got my license suspended, first one of your officers trys too take my life, and now another officers trying too take my livelihood, Me being a carpenter !!!!!!! I tried too use the chain of command and too no avail has justice been serve Me !!!! I am a Father, a Grandfather, a Great Grand father, Vietnam Vet, a Christian !!! Thru research and study I know why this officer attack Me for no reason, He was a predator , the worst type of Human being too walk the face of the earth !!!!! What I will never accept is why, You hid the guy, backed Him up , sent Me a threat through my Lawyer , for Me too never come to EC again !!!!!! The nerve of that !!!! I will be there Aug 5th 2013 as planned, and do what You have too do !!! The Judge may be the only decent person in the building from what I have observed !!
