I had a great experience with Eastside GI, minus the wait time for the initial new patient appointment. Dr. Sloane listened to me and my concerns before scheduling a procedure. The procedure took some time to get into (about a month) but once there, it was quick and easy, and their office was more than willing to work with me on the bill to schedule payment arrangements (I hadn't met any of my deductible prior). They will work with you rather than have you cancel an appt just for financial difficulties. The nurses were as professional as Dr. Sloane. Everything was quick and easy and the procedure area is clean and tidy. I had a very good experience through it all, which isn't that easy to say when you are having an invasive procedure done.
