They're thorough, they provide patient and detailed explanations of problems, solutions, and alternatives, and they don't try to sell unneeded services. They have provided personal liaison for me with other repair shops when there were discrepancies or when I suspected unfair treatment from other shops. On the extremely rare occasions when they make a mistake, they fix it promptly at a fair cost or no cost. Their prices are better than most other shops.
