VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Called in the morning asked for someone to come after 3, was told that I could be put on the schedule for that day and to turn off the unit so it will be thawed out for the tech. At 4:45 got a call to say they were running a little late....8:30 rolled around and we called....all they could say is they dropped the ball. Never calling them again.
