I just discovered this site, literally 5 minutes ago, and read the reviews regarding E. Rossi. When I saw the tirade about the bathroom issue, I was compelled to write even though the ""incident"" took place 2 years ago. I have known Ernie Rossi most of my life, over 50 years, and I have never met a soul who had anything negative to say about him. He is one of the most gentle, easy-going human beings I have had the pleasure to know. He always goes out of his way for people, most especially for anyone who enters his shop. I have been in Rossi's countless times in my life, and his office is tucked away in back and not visible to anyone just browsing -- you have to deliberately look for it. It is clear that it is not for anyone's use other than Ernie's -- no sign is necessary -- its location says it all. As for Ernie's reaction to having his privacy violated, Mr. Whoever-You-Are must be a writer of fiction. I don't think Ernie Rossi even knows how to say the ""F"" word, and this account of events that supposedly took place that day sounds like a work of fiction -- a bad one at that.
