I have worked with Nate several times and Prospect Financial has always been there to follow through on things for me even after the fact. I feel comfortable calling them and they are always responsive which makes them someone I will always go back to.
One of the title companies (to close loan processes) they work with I had several small problems with and that in and of itself made the process more difficult for me after the loan had already closed. I would suggest that they think about speaking with the title company and see what they could do better next time.
One loan fell through because it took too long with the title company and there were other problems, which put more effort on me. It was not Prospect Financial's fault but it would make them look better to work alongside a more accurate company.
