I have never in my life encountered such a rude BITCH! (excuse my language) My trash day is on Mondays, I paid for trash Service On a Friday and when Monday came my trash was still on my curb side. I simply called to see what was going on. A lady answered whom would not release her name, and refused to let me speak with her superior. She repeatedly hung up on me and would pick up the phone and sit it down. She informed me that I did not have and Ottawa Trash can, and that's why my trash was not picked up. I had ordered a trash can and it was never delivered to me, and would they have rather of me thrown the trash on the ground. that's when she informed me that I could not use there service and to come get a refund. I again asked her to give me her bosses phone number or name, She said "" You are speaking to her"" I told her that the City of Ottawa would hear about this and she said : Good Luck with that and hung up"" I did nothing wrong but ask question. I called back and I also recently got married and I had an old account at my pervious address under another name"" She proceeded to insult me last name and hung up again
