Awful service from both the desk and Kaplan, the head guy. Took stool samples because my dogs had worms. Was told that they only had a record of one dog even though my other dog has been in 3 times in 3 years. They then found her, but told me that she hasn't been in for over a year so she had to schedule an appt. she was in in February of this year. Did they tell me this because they are incompetent or dishonest? When I asked to speak to the head guy, Kaplan, he was aggressive, unhelpful, kept putting his Hands on me, and dismissive. This is my third problem with the group. I only went back after someone recommended Dr. Moire, who was good. I even have a letter of apology from Kaplan from a previous screwup. \r

So please, do yourself and your pet a favor and go anywhere else. These people should be shut down.
