I recently received a service on my 2003 Acura tl and dealt with John Shaw. He was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're ever at Crown Acura. He is somebody you can trust immediately and knows just about everything there is to know about Acuras. I've been to other Acura dealerships throughout Florida and haven't received better service or hospitality yet.
