It was New Year's Eve day, we had house guests over, and the kitchen faucet blew. It was a bad, bad situation. I called Jean at Rite-Way Plumbing and she said she'd have somebody out that afternoon. I was happy about that.
In the meantime, we ran out to get the replacement faucet my wife wanted. We got back, and the plumber showed up just after us and took care of everything. I was happy with their competence, professionalism, and service. It couldn't have been better.
