Ask for Chrissy! I think it mainly depends on the stylist you happen to get. I use a stylist by the name of Chrissy Weber at the Roseville Regis and I have always walked out of the salon beyond happy. She gives me great advice for cut style and product use, as well as beautiful highlights that I am always getting compliments on. While you may have had a bad experience in the past, I would suggest asking for Chrissy. You won't be disappointed.
