These vets say they treat your pet as if it were there own! That is a out right bold face pile of hog wash! Competent, caring advocates of your pets welfare more hog wash. This is a corporate office that is only concerned about how much money they can pull in. They are very over priced, cold and unprofessional. We have a 20 year old dog that the clinic had been seeing for years (and spending hundreds a month). They were pretending to be our support team. These people dropped the ball on us and would not give our dog the medication that he was used to taking and that helped him with the vertebrae touching in his neck. We called the pharmacy in the morning and placed the order for the prescriptions. One was for a urinary track infection and the other was a muscle relaxer. The girl from the pharmacy called and left a message saying that they were changing the antibiotic (for the urinary track infection)and if we had questions to call back. Never said that they were not refilling the pain medication the dog needed. When we went to pick it up on Friday we were told Oh Well TOO Bad The Dog has to come in for us to give you this same medication that we have been giving you for months. Oh and guess what not until Monday. So the 20 year old dog would suffer until Monday, does that sound like a pet they would treat as there own? Sounds to me as if they just could not be bothered. We were not happy and let them know as much and then they called the sheriff. I have referred people to them in the past and now I am back tracking and telling these people DO NOT GO THERE. You know how they say you get what you pay for?Sometimes you just get over charged for what you get. Do Not Go to this office. Find people who do care about you and your pet. SHAME,SHAME SHAME on all of the staff involved in this total oversight. We had to figure it out on our own how to keep the dog comfortable for the week end. We called again on Monday to talk to the vet we usually see and he said we were not welcome back into the office. The only reason we called was because we were more worried about our dogs well being with a vet that knew his problems and we were eating crow and not worried about ourselves. Big Mistake. This doctor who always advocated that the dog should ""Die with his boots on at home"",now was saying he could recommend someone to euthanize him. I say Go straight to hell! Does this sound like a competent caring advocate for your pets welfare. Save your money and find a clinic that truly does care about you and your pet family. Not one that sold there soul to the company store. more
