BEWARE G & V Buyer & Sellers: After 8 days of leaving countless voicemails, and multiple emails requesting information one of her listing, I finally got ahold of Giomar Vasquez, Realtor. Giomar was very rude and abrupt, she acknowledged that she received my calls & emails but gave no reason for not calling back, the listing was in escrow but she did not offer her assistance in finding something else for me and seemed genuinely uninterested in assissting me with this listing or with any otherlisting, so she hung up on me!! When I called her back and asked her why she hung up on me, she apathetically stated that she was busy. \r
As a property investor, I have dealt with many real estate agents (in LA, Hesperia, & Las Vegas) over the past 40 years but never have I dealt with such a rude, unprofessional, and uninterested Realtor, or any other customer service professional for that matter. \r
On a positive note, had Giomar not been so rude and unprofessional, I might have placed an offer with G & V Options, only to regret it and to surely have had ongoing issues with her.\r
