I called Roto Rooter when I desperately needed a plumber to manage the water overflow coming from my toilet and shower. The woman on the phone was very nice and informed me that a plumber would be out in the next 45 min. Within 20 min of my call, Chris showed up. Unheard of in Cincinnati, especially right after a huge storm. Chris was great and went above and beyond in the service realm as well as having a much-needed calming effect on me when I had water seeping out of every room in my house. Would go to Roto-Rooter again for any issue I was having, especially if Chris could help me again.
