Called on a Sunday morning with a basement floor drain backed up. The phone receptionist was very polite, and told me they would have someone out within the hour. We did receive a call shortly after from the service tech who said he was running behind but would call to let us know when he was on the way. Got another call after an hour to let us know he'd be here in the next 30 minutes. We appreciated the phone calls to keep us posted. He snaked the floor drain and after about 20 minutes got the water flowing. Overall very happy with the service. I only gave them a 4 out of 5 for the price. I think $245 for a flat fee for a floor drain clean out is steep, but didn't feel I had much of a choice to argue since I wanted the nasty water out of my basement.
