Called hoping to have someone out within the day and got them within the hour. Were able to quickly resolve a clogged basement drain and answer some related questions I had. Service was quick, professional, friendly and effective. I would give 5 stars if not for some pricing concern. They charge a flat rate for their service regardless of how much time is involved and, at least in my case, it seemed a little steep.
