Insanely high charges for changes to policy... Was charged $60 to add a vehicle not including the difference in insurance premium. Then another $30 to remove my wifes vehicle after we sold it. Staff is very rude as well. Other well known companies have never charged me. Found it cheaper to cancel and go to progressive.
