I am very pleased with my overall experience with Arizona Flooring Direct. The interactions with Roxie and Scott were great, but most of all, the two guys who did the actual carpet installation were fantastic. Prompt, courteous, hard-working, personable and very professional. I watched them work so I could learn a bit (not that I'd ever try a full house carpet installation on my own!), and they were very willing to show me what they were doing and explain the why's and wherefores. We have a couple other properties that will need new carpets in the next couple years, and I definitely plan to use Arizona Flooring Direct again.
