Dr. Halper has been our vet since we moved here roughly twelve years ago, and has vetted both of our cats. Dr. Halper is a wonderful doctor and his office staff is beyond compare. They can always find me an appointment time and the fees are reasonable (BONUS: the office location is very convenient for me!). We just adopted a new pet and I am happy that he will receive the same excellent care that our other two have received.
