I've lived in town for 20 years and used Powder Mill whenever I needed towing, as they were the local AAA company. Never had any bad experiences with towing. I recently needed to tow my car to have some work done and saw these reviews and had some second thoughts, but decided to go ahead an use them. They arrived promptly, I was impressed by the drivers towing skills, he had boards to lift the rear of my car up to avoid scraping the low tailpipe of my car as it was lifted onto the bed. He removed the car with equal car at my mechanics location and although he was over the allotted AAA mileage, he didn't charge me extra. All in all I was very happy and would recommend them for towing.
