Hokkaido Hibachi & Sushi, the name itself states their potential in grade A subjects. From the delicious Hibachi dinners served with Japanese clear soup, house salad, with a unique flavorful ginger dressing. Also comes with your choice of steamed, fried, or brown rice. Food is simply amazing, not to mention the spectacular performance from the Hibachi Chef. I come here at least two times a week. The servers and management are all genuinely welcoming and great to be around. Not only do I come to the Hibachi with my family, but also take my time on the lounge side with my date. Amazing Chef's specials, Crispy Duck to be exact. Great bartenders and martinis that have me coming back every time. Service is exquisite. I give them a 9/10. Hokkaido is the place to be if you want great live entertainment at the hibachi area, or lounge if you want to enjoy the night and have a good time.
