A group of us from work ordered pizza and wings at around 10:30 a.m. one recent Friday, to be delivered at noon. Noon came and went, and 12:15, and 12:30. Despite repeated phone calls from several of us, the phone at this location went unanswered. Finally, we got through, canceled the order and reordered from another Papa John's nearby. At 12:45, the delivery guy finally showed up; we turned him away because we didn't want to be double-billed for the order.
At this point, two of us decided to take matters into our own hands and drove to the store (a few miles away) to pick up the order ourselves. In the end, we ended up waiting until 10 past 1 to eat a lunch that we should have had 70 minutes earlier, and ate lunch at our workstations. The pizza is decent enough, the wings nothing special, but this shop is seriously understaffed and understands very little about customer service. Avoid unless you're planning to stop by in person to prove you exist.
