I had the worst experience that I have ever had in my life at the Service Department!! I will never do business with this Dealership again!! I would have also given no stars if that was an option. Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn't bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! Then when asked the Service Advisor, he was like ""Oh, yes... well we had to order parts"" THEN he turned his back on me while I was still standing there!! I have never been so rudely discarded in my life!! We are filing complaints with the BBB as well as GM. There are too many dealerships out there to deal with one that really doesn't care about the service they provide.
Don't walk, but run away from this Dealership!!!
