DO NOT GO! I too have had an issue with the owner Barry! I brought my pet in and explicitly told Barry himself to be sure to be very careful and to avoid the groin area due to my pet being neutered 3 weeks prior. (mind you I waited an additional week longer then advised by my vet to go to groomer!) When I went to pick up my pet, he was visible in a cage less then 2 feet from me and I had to point out to the owner, Barry, which dog was mine! When he went to open the crate my dog shrunk in fear to the very furthest part of the crate where he was no longer visible. It was clear my pet did not have a pleasant experience with the owner, BARRY! If my dog is scared of Barry, whom is the owner, then I can sadly imagine the rough handling being done by the rest of the staff, which in fact, as stated on their website, are all family members. I will never return and do, in fact plan on pursuing reporting them further! If you value your pet as much as I do, please, please DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!
