Went there as a novice biker and unlike some specialty shops that I have been to, I was treated with respect and got what I want. Being a big guy they helped me find a bike that worked for me and even when I had issues, they where fixed promptly and with a smile and a big plus was they Actually rememebered who I was...They are a specialty shop so expect to pay a premium but there are always sales running and the service more than makes up for it...
