The teacher training with Mindful and Embodied was a great experience. The space in Ambassador Plaza is convenient to downtown yet quiet and intimate. Natalie diverse experience in practices such as Kundalini and Bodywork provided for a well-rounded understanding of how much yoga could offer. The training was personalized to the specific needs of the students and Natalie provided the flexibility to dive deeper into areas of our interest. Overall, an amazing, life-changing experience.
