We looked at several places to purchase furniture. We selected LA-Z-BOY for their known quality. The staff and owner of the store was great helping us select the furniture. After we paid for the furniture that is when the service went DOWN HILL. We started having problems with them on the delivery day and has NOT stopped since. Have made repeated calls to the store and their ""customer service"" group. The furniture is not even a year old yet and parts have to be replaced for the second time. I would NOT purchase a pillow from that place let alone furniture again. I am SO dissatisfied with the whole experience of LA-Z-BOY that I cannot recommend to anyone nor would I. more
