Sean, Nick, Tom and Mike went out of their way to right the wrong that Chuck caused.\r

Tom emptied the septic box.\r
Sean and Nick unclugged the lines and were friendly, knowledgable and quick.\r
Mike, the Manager, was apologetic and professional for the mishap with Chuck.\r

I will always call Sean Townsend for my plumbing needs. They turned a horrible situation into a pleasant experience and made the bad go away.\r
