I just wanted to say thanks to you on behalf of my grandfather and family. We really noticed my grandfather's morale and energy start to fade when his hearing loss got worse and worse. Last time I saw him he was much happier and that was after he'd been seeing you. I don't know exactly what you did, but it has really made a strong difference in his life. Thanks!
