Went in for a Laser Spider Vein Removal (after they convinced me it was better than sclerotherapy and that my skin was a perfect candidate for it)... they burned the skin behind my knees and around really bad. It was so painful that I really wanted to cry. It was my first time so I trusted they knew what they were doing. It's been three weeks and the burn scars look really groce. I can't wear any shorts (very embarrassing) or jeans (very uncomfortable)... I'm so frustrated... I asked for my money back and they told me no. They told me they warned me about being burned, but that's not true. What they did tell me was that I was going to get bruises and that sometimes they took 6-8 weeks to go away. I agreed to that. Then at the table before the procedure started, they brought me this consent form that said that some brown spots could result and were normal. I felt uncomfortable about it, but since I was already there, I just signed... and I did not associate brown spots with burning. Just want to warn anyone considering this treatment... I regret it so much. I think Balle Bliss should stand behind their work.I will never go back there again.
