We got talked by friends to take advantage of ½ beer price on Thursdays.\r

Yes, the beer is fantastic and cheap. The restaurant was empty, we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads as entrees and 2 appetizers. I stressed to the waitress that we wanted the appetizers first, something restaurants in Miami often do not get right.\r

First the main course salads showed up…. than the appetizers 5 minutes later…than the pizzas…so much for that request.\r

The salads were unusually good, unusual dressings and fresh.\r
The appetizers were chicken wings (so dry they could have turned to dust in front our eyes) and Empanadas so boring they put me to sleep.\r
The pizzas were under cooked, the crust not quite golden, the toppings were nothing special.\r

The waitress kept not doing a good job, everything we asked for took forever… but she added her 18% tip to the bill. \r
Smart, because she did not deserve the tip and would not have gotten it from me…\r
