We bought 4 doughnuts at Bomboloni today. When we got to our destination, we found only 2 doughnuts in the bag they handed us. Our kids were really disappointed!
A few hours later on our way home, we stopped in to get the children the other doughnuts and the staff refused, and acted like we were trying to rip them off.
They were completely unhelpful, refused to call the manager, and refused to call the person who was working a few hours earlier to ask if she remembered us (which she would have, as there was nobody in the store at the time, and I paid cash and had to ask her if she could break a $50.)
On the second visit, we saw the clerk wrap 4 cannolis in a box, and then cut a piece of tape with her mouth, ugh, she literally bit it with her teeth, and taped it to the other customer's box. Unsanitary, and just gross.
Avoid.
