I've been going to the al dente restaurant since it opened last year. It started with a lot of energy and ideas for something a little different for the area. Supposed to offer a late night option for food and drinks. No where near any sort of late night now a days. It seems like the owners get irritated when there is any business past 9 pm on any day of the week. The female owner doesn't seem friendly at all. She won't look you in the eye or even say hello. Looks like she doesn't ever want to be there. We still go back because the wife and I enjoy the bartender Billy. He has always been very helpful and professional. Seems like the owners gave up though...
