There is an apparently inconsiderate tenant in building 8, second floor apt. He is a corpulent man who owns a large, white pit bull-like dog.
Despite Phoenix's leash laws and the stipulation in his lease, I have seen his aggressive looking dog off its leash at least 3 times. Called management. No response.
If you have a small dog or children, think twice before renting here. Always put your family's safety first!
