I booked this through living social as I have been wanting to try an oxygen facial for ages. If I could give zero stars I would! This experience was so wrong on so many levels for so many reasons! Upon arriving for my appointment I was surpirsed by office - make shift in an office building. No frills is putting it nicely, there was absolutely nothing pleasant about the place. I was cringing to get on the treatment table that was covered by a fleece blanket and what looked like a pillow covered in a dirty towel. I was introduced to Kavita for a ""consultation"" bascial she was trying to say I could not have the treatments I had bought and she didn't have enough time for the treatments she wanted to do. She was patronizing, and rude to me and her staff. I felt so sorry for the sweet women who work for her.
I have no idea what they used on my face. The steam machine was put far to close to my face. They had the steam on while I had my mask on. I had to get up and wash the mask off my face myself and had to dry my face with paper towel!!! I was made to change rooms 3 times during my treatment. Extractions were done with a small blade - so painful I had to ask her to stop.
So what I got was... a mask, extractions then she did a micro (despite saying I couldn't) and then that was it - no oxygen.
It was a terrible waste of my time and money. I will NEVER purchase one of these deals without visiting the establishment first.
