I had a voucher for a massage. They did not give me a confirmation call I asked for, they did not call me to let me know I missed my appointment. When I called them they said they did not have any information on me (which I gave to the receptionist) and since it was a voucher that I could not reschedule. Waste!! Rude!!! They do not care about their clients.
