We have central air and heat and one of my kids turned on the air over the weekend. By the time I realized what they did and put the heat back on, there was an aweful smokey smell coming from the vents. I called Action monday morning and they were able to have somebody come out that afternoon to take a look at it. Luckily i just needed a tune up. I was thankful for their availability and their pricing as they gave me their coupon rate for the repair.
