Don't bite! A $33 ""deal"" Action advertises on the radio would be well worth it if they ever figure out how to show up to an appointment on time. After scheduling my appointment 3 weeks in advance for a simple furnace tune up, I spent over 5 hours waiting on a Saturday, rescheduled for the next weekend as a ""priority"" only to be trumped by another ""high priority"" call 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Joanne, the receptionist is worthless as well. Doesn't quite get what good customer service means... Don't use Action! Unless of course your time isn't worth anything!
