I agree with the other review of Dr. Peppard. He's either incompetent or his business model is to not diagnose your pet's problem until he has exhausted all means of charging you for unnecessary tests. I left there up to my ears in fees with no insight as to what might be wrong with my pet. These jokers should have a maximum cap they can charge you for a diagnosis so you don't feel like they are charging you for throwing darts in the dark.
