My first impression of this place was Annie. She was extremely rude from the very start. I wanted to have a nice expensive platinum engagement ring resized and cleaned. Annie seemed irritated that I wasn't there to buy something and gave me an attitude within the first 20 seconds of our conversation. \r

I returned almost a week later and was shocked by what they tried to give back to me. The jeweler did a horrible job. There was a black line where he cut the ring and soldered it back together and that line could be seen with the naked eye 5 feet away! There was also a big lump of solder on the band that just looked awful. Besides that, they didn't even clean the ring. \r

In the most respectful manner possible, I told both Annie and the jeweler that the work was unacceptable. They both became irritated with me as if I had done something wrong. In the end, the jeweler corrected it, but there was still a visible flaw in the work. I ended up taking the ring to a jeweler in Tucson to have it fixed properly. I also took two other items up to Tucson (80 miles away) because I refuse to patronize Sun Country again.\r

I would never recommend anyone come here. The workmanship was shoddy and the customer service from Annie was deplorable.
