I have been going to Blo since the salon opened. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The product/service is stellar. Typically, I wouldn't have anything to complain about. Unfortunately, I have seen some fairly unsavory commentary by the owner and while I have never utilized services, his behavior has driven me to a different salon. Bryan is the captain of his ship but the berating behavior, the outing of customers who wish to post feedback anonymously and his inability to accept constructive criticism leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
This is unfortunate but I cannot patronize a business that engages in infantile behavior. One never knows when constructive criticism will be misconstrued and she will fall victim to an outburst of someone who lacks professionalism. It is simply not worth the aggravation.
